About the Role:

VantageScore is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to add to their Washington D.C. team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling both day-to-day office manager responsibilities, of which includes being on site 5 days a week in their Washington D.C. office opening in the near future. In addition, the ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting C-Suite executives with calendaring, expense reports, etc. This position will involve providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting and creating a positive workplace experience for all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Be On-Site, In-Office 5 days a week ( 8:30am/ET – 12:30pm/ET )
  • Handle sensitive information and maintain highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Facilitate all office logistics and operations- maintain all office inventory; monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are always stocked and available
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and process expense reports for multiple executives
  • Arrange travel and provide detailed itineraries
  • Coordinate the breakfast and lunch service for employees, scheduling and organizing deliveries
  • Accept all mail and packages and manage inventory of all items
  • Manage correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and internal staff
  • Coordinate and work with contractors and maintenance staff for office repairs
  • Assist with light event planning as needed, including internal and external events

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant / Office Manager
  • Possess strong communication skills with thorough follow-ups on all correspondence and communication, impeccable organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role / office manager role is required
